Submission changes

I have switched all the folders so that they are subject to vote. This is because recently we've gotten a ton of images I think should be counted as mature and I want to filter that a little.

I have nothing against the mature content. Just to get that right. I just don't want this group to be completely associated with more mature content. I just want to keep more risque images out if we can help it. Please no one take offense to this, I am not singling anyone out though some have done it more than others.

I will not remove any images from the galleries. I just wanted you to be aware of the new change and why.
